Renowned Nigerian artist Ice Prince has extended his generosity by paying medical bills for patients at Jankwano Hospital in Jos while also supporting the less privileged in the Gada Biu community.
His visit to Gada Biu, which initially sparked scepticism about crowd control, turned out to be a well-organized event, with local women gathering as early as 8:30 am in an orderly manner. Impressed by their coordination, Ice Prince remarked, “I’m amazed at how well the people have organized themselves.”
Beyond distributing cash to those in need, he chose to walk from Gada Biu to Jankwano Hospital, where he settled medical bills for several patients. “I wanted to interact with the people and see them up close,” he explained, opting against travelling in his car.
His selfless acts have been widely praised, with many hoping other public figures will follow his example in giving back to their communities.
