The wife of Plateau State Governor, Mrs. Helen Mutfwang, has extended support to a Jos-based couple, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Atanu, who recently welcomed quadruplets.
During a visit on Saturday, at the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) Mrs. Mutfwang presented the family with cash, food, and essential items to ease the care of their newborns.
“These children are a gift to your family and our state. They will grow to do great things and fulfill their destiny,” she said.
The quadruplets—three boys and one girl—were born on January 23 and are reported to be in good health.
Expressing his gratitude, Atanu described the birth of his children as a divine blessing.
“I never imagined we would be blessed with four babies at once. Their arrival has even brought us face to face with the governor’s wife,” he said.
He thanked Mrs. Mutfwang for her generosity, saying her visit had brought immense joy and encouragement to his family.
