The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Plateau State has said the people of Plateau South Senatorial District will leave to regret not electing Governor Simon Lalong into the National Assembly.
Lalong, who will be completing his second term in office as governor in May, was the APC candidate for Plateau South Senatorial District in last Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly elections.
The governor lost his senatorial bid to the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Napoleon Bali.
Bali, a retired military officer, polled
148, 844 votes to defeat Lalong, who polled 91, 674 votes
