In a heartfelt message, Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos, on behalf of his family, Team Bagos, and admirers, extended his congratulations to Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang and Deputy Governor Ngo Josephine Piyo on their one-year anniversary in office.
