Hon. Chief Letep Dabang has officially stepped down from his role as Political Adviser to the Executive Governor of Plateau State.
In a resignation letter dated June 30, 2025, and submitted through the Chief of Staff, Dabang thanked Governor Caleb Mutfwang for the opportunity to serve, noting his contributions both in his advisory role and as the former Director General of the 2023 Plateau State PDP Presidential and Governorship Campaign Council.
“I appreciate the opportunities I have had to serve and contribute to the government of the day,” he stated, while extending his best wishes for the administration’s continued success.
While Dabang did not disclose specific reasons for his resignation, the move signals a notable shift within the governor’s political structure.
Further developments are expected.
