Plateau State Governor, His Excellency Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has extended warm birthday wishes to the Director General of Research, Planning, and Documentation at the Government House, Jos, Mr. Sam Godongs, praising his dedication to the progress of Plateau State.
In a statement signed by the Director of Press and Public Affairs, Gyang Bere, Governor Mutfwang described Mr. Godongs as “a fountain of wisdom,” whose life is defined by compassion, humility, and generosity.
